Treatment Options

Our psychiatry nurse practitioners have advanced and specialized training in opioid dependence and understand basic step-down approaches. This takes time, and we’re here with you for the long haul.

Understanding can be hard to find for those in the depths of addiction. The Leadership Health team is on your side. We know that this is not about your character and it’s not a 'weakness' in you as a person: Plain and simple, this is about biology.

While each person is different, some of the aids to beat addiction are the same. Often used in tackling addiction, the prescription medication Suboxone may be one answer at least in the short term for you. Our counselors also utilize mindfulness and meditation to drive back addiction and aid recovery.

Group sessions -- whether in person or on Zoom, with or without video on -- assist many patients battling addiction as they work to recover. We are here to recommend a variety of options on the road to success and be your guide toward the treatments that fit you best.
